The smallprint - Berries have a strict entrance criteria (TTC #1, over 30, TTC for 3+months, NO instadiffers, must have a special pot) and def no mention of baby dust or baby dancing UGH !!! Ooh we are strict...please note your house may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments lol

I'm still here! Something awful just happened... Was walking the pup, he did a doodoo, I went to pick it up, put my thumb nail through the stupid cheapo doodoo bag and there you have it, shit all over my thumb. I was on my own and did a mad rush home. GROSS! Haven't prepared tea yet either. Despite virtually boiling my hand -and using NHS supplied alcohol gel- it still doesn't feel clean. Help!

Oh, my crossy out thing didn't work.
...I unfortunately do not have my one way ticket bfp. I'm sticking around for the berry ferry as don't like flying either. Shag week has commenced. Dh refused Tuesday but persuaded him last night. Hoping for positive opk tomorrow. Does anyone know if you can get the clearblue digital ovulation sticks on their own from supermarkets rather than the whole kit? I used last stick today.

I keep PIMPing and keep getting bfn's, but still no AF...crampiness since Monday; today's day 28 and my cycle is as regular as clockwork. Really put out with the whole thing. If DTD 2x a day doesn't get me pg then there's probably no hope except IVF Sad

27-28 days, except for once last Oct when I was 3 days late. I did a pg test & AF arrived the next day. Was pretty grim so part of me thinks that there was implantation but then just didn't stick. Probably best to not dwell on it since I haven't had a whiff of a bfp since then.
DH and I have many issues but a robust sex life isn't one of them Grin actually I think we're just very goal-oriented and view shag week as something of a challenge, and honestly I'd do it 5x a day if I knew it would work for sure and get us out of this TTC purgatory. I've been very down about it all this week, plus some other personal stuff hanging over our heads hasn't helped.

I did email the clinic that did the AMH test & they said a result of 16.1 was "on the low end of things" but given my age (38) it was probably to be expected. It was just a shock to see it in writing, "low fertility;" it's actually made me feel pretty shit about myself which I know is irrational.

My guess is that we'll be researching FCs in the very near future, heading for IVF. I really wanted this to happen naturally, and am just pretty depressed that it's all going to become very complicated/expensive/emotionally taxing/isolating.

I have no doubt Af will arrive tomorrow, just in time for a visit to family with adorable children, where we'll do kiddie things all weekend... Biscuit

I've been crampy since Mon/Tues or so, but before that had had a different kind of crampiness for a few days, plus all the other random "Maybe I'm pg" symptoms that are embarrassing to think of now. Unless they were right, that is. I've been PIMPing since Tues or so & always get negatives, but never do it first thing in the morning, so who knows. I think seeing a bfn with fmu would be too final, and would really ruin my day, so easier to do it in the afternoon or evening when I can mope on my own!

sid can totally understand why you'd be devastated but low amh apparently doesn't mean you defo can't get pg naturally. There was someone on another thread recently that was told she wouldn't get pg naturally and she's had 2 naturally since!

Sorry sid that you're feeling so fed up. Please try not to feel so down. Seeing things in writing always makes things harder doesn't it. I am keeping everything crossed for you anyway. Low fertility means it can still be done and at the rate you've been going at it you've maximised you're chances.

Yes marie I think that it was seeing that stupid phrase in print that really set me off. I know it's definitely not a deal breaker, but at 38 with 39 staring me in the face, I guess I feel like if I ever have a prayer of having two children, then the first one needs to make an appearance ASAP. Things would be so very different if I had a few more years on my side!

Thanks for the support berries. It helps that I know you're struggling with the same issues and know how it can really take over, some days.

sid sorry to hear you are blue, we def all have days or weeks like this! Mine is usually when I know AF is arriving and for a few days after! Grrrrr this is all so tough!

boodle sexy times started in our house today CD11, aiming for days 13 and 15 too, luckily a bonk Grin holiday weekend!

I'm on CD9, Bunny, and VERY glad that it is a bank/bonk holiday weekend! Making the most of it as next month it will all be back to school business and shag week is a lot more tiring!

Sorry to hear how you've been feeling sid. I always find the last couple days before my period/ever-hoped-for-BFP to be the worst to get through. You've been putting in an impressive effort on shag week! I'm sure good news will come your way eventually, even if a little 'help' via IVF/whatnot is needed. That said, any better news from today's pimp watch?
