The smallprint - Berries have a strict entrance criteria (TTC #1, over 30, TTC for 3+months, NO instadiffers, must have a special pot) and def no mention of baby dust or baby dancing UGH !!! Ooh we are strict...please note your house may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments lol

Oh Sid I've only just seen your post about you AMH level.
The way the clinic explained it to me was that 10 - 20 they can happily work with, 20-30 is ideal and anything over 30 is great.
Mine was 30 and everyone seemed shocked at that so I think you'll be fine with 16.
Why don't you join us on the Egg Buddies thread? Just as friendly but all having IVF.

Just had a job interview, I'm really not sure how it went - group interview then individual, my individual one lasted 15 mins but the girl who went in before was in there 35 mins...good or bad I wonder? Confused

thunder next step for us is a counselling sess about the social implications of DE and an asessment for them to decide whether they think we're ready to proceed with treatment. Eeek! Bit scared about having to convince someone of my sanity!!

We've I've been doing a hell of a lot of thinking about life and allsorts though and I've got to say I feel a ton better for it. Boys really don't do things the same as us do they?! It's been a tough few months but I do really feel like I've accepted where we're at and am much more at peace with everything.

After that, probably more waiting and then on to see the co-ordinator and hopefully get a match!?

The waiting is a killer hey?

I hate that we have to convince people that we are ok to have babies like Cherry.
Any old skanky crack whore can get knocked up with her 6th kid and no one says a word but us lot have to sign pieces of paper to say we'll be good parents.
There was some woman, clearly pregnant, smoking standing opposite me waiting for the pedestrian crossing lights to change. I think she could tell that I was mentally screaming at her.

Oh cherry what a journey you've been on. Absolutely exhausting I should think but so positive that despite the lows you have bounced back up with added strength and probably able to face anything now.

So you're literally waiting for the appointment letter to come now? Goodness what a rollercoaster.

I agree pip. I had a similar internal scream at a teenager who was dragging a little boy along whilst smoking and sporting a large bump. Grrrrrr

pip you certainly have a way with words Wink I internally scream everyday walking round town! Saw a couple with 5 brats last week, why do they get 5 and I get none?!?

A mate of DP's and his wife were telling us they were ttc, while both of them were stood there smoking. I had to work really hard to keep my tongue.

boom the funny think was I was actually thinking 'oh I hope I don't hit a pheasant or something' (I was on a country lane)

cherry glad things are moving for with with a de. Will you have to pay for the de or is someone you know giving it you?

bunny next scan is tomorrow! I'm so worried I'll have overstimmed as I'll lose a go at iui!

So went to meet my friend after work who is also ttc. She's going to the dentist at the same time I'll be going for my scan. She said '"seems like we'll both be 'opening wide' then" haha!

The cleaner at my clinic brought her little girl in today. She kept asking me to pick her up. Bet her mum wouldn't have let me if she knew just how much I wanted a little girl just like her! She was so cute though, she was pretending to be my secretary, answering the phone and typing imaginary letters!

Pip I'm with you - though hopefully the counsellors have my best interests at heart and its for my benefit in the hope I won't be turning into a basket case half way through treatment!

Whenever we go to the FC there is always some heavily pregnant woman in a dressing gown waddling out from the maternity unit for a fag. Makes me sooo angry!

We're really lucky blind and doing egg share on the NHS.

Still got fingers-crossed for Pip over here. I didn't join Elderberries until thread 4 or 5 but I stalked Bunny & Pip the group for a while first so I think Pip is definitely deserving of the next BFP (and then Bunny and me on the next cycle, please...!)

Kitty - I hope the scan goes well tomorrow.

Hat tip to my cycle buddies, Kuma and Bunny - I think I'd better kick off the shag-fest in a couple of days. My FC told us to start on CD11 but that worries me in case I ovulate a bit early. Surely CD11 is way too late to start?! We usually get going as soon as AF has been fully evicted.
