Confused and upset; what happened?

My period was due tomorrow (and my cycles are usually regular) but it arrived unexpectedly yesterday.

Within a few hours I was gripped by painful, agonising cramps - I have never known anything like it before - incredibly painful. I never have any trouble with my periods. It is considerably heavier than normal.

Could I have miscarried? I did feel pregnant - had symptoms - so it was a shock when my period showed up but I have never had a period like it before

More than likely if the pain was that severe i had a mc on monday and the pain was unbarable its my second one in four months and if im honest 1 in every 4 womanhave more han one miscarriage in life and 1 in every 3 women miscarry without even knowig there pregnant so im sorry to hear that its happened but atleast you know u canconcieve xxx

Thank you :) I know they can vary but honestly I've never had cramps like it before which was what made me think there was something out of the ordinary happening!
