Hiya I have really irregular periods (possible PCOS- last cycle 83 days) but believe most months that I still Ovulate. The last few months (thanks to this forum) iv been keeping an eye on my CM and from this believe I ovulate around the 3rd-6th each month.

Anyway today is CD 24 and because of my CM I think it's ovulation day - is this possible?
I took an OPk and I think it's positive but need to get the digital ones as the little lines confuse me.

Please help NEED to conceive this month as DP is military and away from the 25th for 2 1/2 months Hmm

I would try and establish exactly whether or not you have PCOS and if you do have PCOS ovulation becomes a problem.

OPK's are completely useless when it comes to such long cycles; it is likely that you are not ovulating regularly if at all. Signs such as CM can be misleading. OPKs read LH levels; with PCOS this level is often elevated so you can get misleading results.

Are you actually receiving any help from a gynae currently?. With a suspected PCOS diagnosis you should really be under the care of such a person.

Sure, it`s possible if you have long and irregular cycle, ovulation occuring on the 24th day is probable.
