When do i start counting?

I have been having a day of browny pinky discharge the day before AF appears in full flo. Which day do i count as CD1? It is clearly the start of AF but not sure if i should count it or not.

Must be full flow. Some even say full flow by a certain point in the day, otherwise count from the following day. Personally I found this a bit confusing so did first day full flow CD1 regardless of time started.

Ah thank you. I have been getting a bit 'more' towards the end of the first day but full flow the second so will go with that. Thanks!
