hi everyone, my husband and I were delighted we'd conceived baby #3 3 months after having my mirena removed. Unfortunately I miscarried at around 6 weeks, my bleeding started on 6th July and ended on 15th July, my hcg levels never got above 143 so they left my system pretty quick, by the 18th I was having bfn at the drs. I wondered when should I expect my AF? before the mc I was always 28 days bang on! I have had no symptoms for AF, although I have had really bad heartburn for 4 days, this was my first symptom last time too, so could I be pregnant? I'm useless at working out dates and cycles and ovulation etc..... we bd'd on 15th July and have been pretty consistently b'ding every other night since then with the exception of a couple of days. when should a test show bfp given all these dates? thanks for taking the time to read, hope someone has some advice for me x

Bloody hell £600 after food/bills/petrol!?! Jeez... We're luckily to have £600 to include all of those things!!! Grin

Whatever u do, do not go for national call centre/team set up solicitors! Whereabouts are you?

When is AF due if you're testing on Sunday? If you scroll back you'll see my AF was due on Friday 6th and I had first v.v faint line on Tuesday 3rd.

Haven't got a scan date yet, not even been to Drs! Making myself wait until 7 weeks so I am past the time when I MC last time. However, last time I started bleeding at 5 weeks and no signs yet! My manta is that thing I read "problems less likely if conception within 6 months of MC".

I have just been reading pro's and cons of buying New builds. The cons are a bit scary :( Maybe we would be ok. I am scared we wouldn't sell it down the line as there are so many :(

I am in North London and have a local solicitor. AT due 28th.

Sending you positive thoughts MrsRV.

So after 3 days of light spotting, with pains on my right side for 2 days, (normal for me if I'm ovulating), this morning I'm bleeeding, lightly but more than spotting. I should be CD12, but now I'm confused is this another period? I'm going to have to go to gp aren't I, but chances of me seeing my lovely female gp within the next 2 weeks are very very slim. And I may have stopped and feel foolish by then.

greeneone12 · 20/09/2013 11:16

I would go to my GP, just to get an understanding of what's going on. Sorry it's all so confusing :(

MrsRV I feel silly now asking if that amount is enough to live off. At 31 having always lived at home all this house buying stuff is really confusing me! We have been so spoilt here, living close to town and right by train station. This new house will be a different bag completely and I am struggling to come to a decision.

Anyway have good weekends ladies. I am off to Norfolk for the weekend. Leons if you go to GP hope they can give you some answers.

Leons · 21/09/2013 10:43

and to top it all, I have a stinking cold, been in bed since 7pm last night, so whether or not Im ovulating no chance of dtd for a night or 2. Im still spotting too, so will make appointment on Monday.

cheesysmile · 21/09/2013 15:35

Ah Leons that sucks, hope ur cold shifts soon and luck at the docs.

I'm still symptom spotting but also trying not to get my hopes too high in case im v disappointed next week.

MrsAnderson22 · 21/09/2013 16:31

hi ladies,

well my face is still paralysed on the left side, the pain is away though which is a bonus! AF has finished too, lasted 3 days as usual, was quite light which isn't normal for me :/ hoping I get some good ewcm this month because I got none last month, had a longer cyle last month by 4 days too.

when is everyone's testing days? who's in the 2ww?

Xx

MrsAnderson22 · 21/09/2013 16:32

leons- let us know how you get on at the Dr's xx

cheesysmile · 21/09/2013 16:37

Hi MrsA glad your pain has gone and hope ur face goes back to normal soon.

Im in the 2ww, planning to wait until Fri / Sat next week to test if I can hold out that long or unless the witch gets me before that of course, but I really hope not, keeping my FX.

greeneone12 · 22/09/2013 10:18

Leons that's rubbish! I have had a horrible 24 hours too. Yesterday I had awful pain in my lower back, felt sick, shooting pains down my legs, a heavy pulling feeling in my pelvic area and slept for most of the day :(

MrsA thank goodness the pain has gone. What have they said about timelines for your muscles to sort themselves out?

Cheesy we are bang on line with our testing times but I am so tempted to do one today. If I am pregnant we won't be buying the house so I am in a constant state of anxiety at the moment!

Leons hope the doctor has some answers for you.

cheesysmile · 22/09/2013 10:42

Greeneone they do kinda sound like preg symptoms don't they. If your testing early then you prob need to use fmu when hormone will be strongest so hold out til tomorrow morning at least. If you get a bfn tho cud still be too early.

How come no house if you're pregnant? No way you can do both?

I had another temp rise this morning so hoping thats a good sign, but its a Sunday so sleeping patterns a bit different so might just be that. Will see what it is tomorrow morning. I'm feeling really hopeful for a bfp but at the same time worried that im building myself up for a lot of disappointment.

cheesysmile · 23/09/2013 07:29

Greeneone did you test yet?

So my temp is back to Saturdays level so guess yesterday was just a blip. Roll on Friday testing, getting impatient waiting now.

How's everyone else?

greeneone12 · 24/09/2013 10:19

Yes I did. Got a negative.

We can't get a house with a second child as childcare for 2 (there will be at least 12 months crossover) will clear us out financially and leave us unable to buy even basic things like food :(

MrsRV I could really do with running our dilema regarding Help to Buy v's waiting for second hand. Can I PM you?

Leons did you get to the doctor?

cheesysmile · 24/09/2013 18:01

Ah greeneone that sucks, I hope all works out for you. Also OMG how much is childcare? Can you tell i have no children yet?!

How's everyone doing ... you're all very quiet Smile

greeneone12 · 24/09/2013 20:45

It might have been too early but not holding out any hope. We pay £600 a month for 3 days a week x

greeneone12 · 24/09/2013 21:33

If I test tonight could a negative still be wrong considering I am not due on until Saturday?

Leons · 24/09/2013 22:08

cheesysmile Im a childminder, London based so there will be a big difference nationally, I charge £50 a day, some charge £60. Just to give you an idea.

greenone I have drs appointment Friday week. 2 week wait for a specific doctor, I do want to wait to see her, shes great, understanding, seen me through both pregnancies, and aware of my miscarriages. Dont want to see another doctor and have to recall my history. Unless of course the bleeding gets heavier, it still very very light, no pain/cramps. Still have rotten cold. Really dont think I ov'd this month yet, the only time I felt close was CD7/8, and with illness we so far only dtd CD7 and CD10. So chances of BFP this month going to be very very slim.

If you do test, you are still 4 days early, so still only a 50% chance of getting an accurate result, I believe.

MrsAnderson22 · 24/09/2013 22:59

hi everyone,

I have nothing to report, I've been checking in everyday and reading your posts though, I am in my 2nd day of uni so it's mayhem at the minute with new timetables which have changed 4 times already!!!

anyway I still have 9+ days until I even ovulate! not sure what's worse, the waiting to ovulate or the waiting to test :/.....! it's all just one big waiting game!

good luck those in the 2ww, and those waiting to ovulate! xx

OP posts:
cheesysmile · 24/09/2013 23:01

wow thats quite a bit isn't it, altho prob be cheaper where I am than London, but still.

Don't blame you waiting for doc leons, hope she helps and can give you some answers.

Greeneone yes definitely, if testing early really need to do first thing as well I think.

cheesysmile · 24/09/2013 23:03

Hi MrsA hope Uni going well Smile

greeneone12 · 25/09/2013 15:46

I have been symptom spotting all week. Apart from that weird incident at the weekend I have hd some weird feelings in my boobs (or my long boobies as my DD likes to call them Hmm I have decided I am definitly not pregnant.

Feeling very very sad Sad

cheesysmile · 25/09/2013 19:08

Why have you decided that? Obviously you don't want to get hopes too high, but you still could be pregnant. Its not over til the fat lady sings. Keep positive greeneone and please don't be sad Flowers

greeneone12 · 25/09/2013 20:06

Ahhhhhh cheesy your so lovely. I just don't think I would be that lucky. I think I am extra sad as if I am not then that's it until another year at least as number 2 can't come until DD goes to school. How was everyone's day today?

cheesysmile · 25/09/2013 20:48

I really hope you are but if not then make sure you enjoy your DD everyday and a year will fly by before you know it. Seems like a long time now, but when you look back bet it doesn't seem that long ago it was Xmas!

Im still holding out to test until Fri, will be 13dpo by then so hopefully will get a definite answer. Really hoping AF doesn't turn up in the meantime. Im feeling positive at the moment so hope I don't get a massive disappointment.

greeneone12 · 26/09/2013 09:10

Well I have 2 more days to enjoy your support and kindness until I no longer have reason to be in this group so will enjoy it while I can :)
