Too scared to test!!

Just that really!

I'm 3 days late and desperate to be pregnant. I tested last Monday and got a BFN but I know it was too early.

I keep talking myself in and out of it! I think every now and then I feel AF cramps but then they disappear. I don't have my usual pre- AF headache and my boobs are aching. But my boobs ache before AF anyway!

It took great restraint not to stop and buy a test yesterday but now I wish I had!!

I just feel in my gut that I will get a BFN so Im putting it off!

I know how hard it is but the only way to know is too test.

I agree with baby rose. You've held out a few days - Id definitely test again.

Good luck!

I know you are both right. I think I just don't want the disappointment of another BFN.

This way there is still hope!

But it's drinking me mad so I will test in the morning. I think!

I tested to early and got a bfn. I then tested the day af was actually due and bfp! So def test again!

nobabe · 07/08/2013 18:07

There have been times I was up to three weeks late and for some reason I tested every three or four days. I never was pregnant but I just wanted you to know you aren't alone. This part is the worst the first part is fun lol but the not knowing if you're going to start is nerve wracking.

Thanks for posting. We have had family over all eve and I just want them to leave so I can go get a test!

Ironically my referral arrived today for the gynaecologist for further tests. Fingers crossed I won't need it.

DH going to go get test tonight so will keep u posted.

BFN Sad

Well at least I know now. It's so hard to deal with this month after month

makingdoo sorry to hear that, at least that referral is in the pipeline though.....

Sending lots of hugs Flowers

makingdoo · 07/08/2013 22:26

snoozy thank you. I'm just so upset. I should know better than to hope.

But you're right, at least I have the referral so there is hope we might get help.

How long have you been TTC?

makingdoo · 07/08/2013 22:33

We've been married 5 years and haven't used birth control all that time. Properly been trying to DTD at the correct time month for about 18 months I think.

making don't give up hope, I know you're in a sad place but re-reading it sounds like you're still waiting for AF and until AF turns up then you're not out.... I know this seems unlikely

Even if AF does turn up then still don't give up hope, keep ttc if you want and go to the referral, you never know what will happen

Take time to look after yourself too

nobabe · 07/08/2013 23:48

Dh and I have been TTC for 37 months :( its been very tough emotionally! We don't have any children and its all I've ever wanted :/

makingdoo · 08/08/2013 07:38

Thanks snoozy still waiting on AF so a small glimmer of hope.

nobabe Im sorry things are so tough for you. It's the emotions every month that are so difficult.
Have you been referred or offered any assistance?

makingdo

first pee in the morning is more concentrated than any other time in the day - and therefore so is hCG levels!
if no AF test again on Saturday, first thing in the morning.

and bear in mind if you ovulated later than usual a BFP could take 3weeks or so to show! (it happened to me with DS2!)

sorry you are disappointed Thanks , but all is not lost just yet!
