In FF there is a menu along the top called sharing. Click email and you can email yourself a link which will work in here if you post it

To do the same on the app, when viewing your calendar data click the more button below the calendar them click chart sharing

The cover line is just above the highest temperature of the last six days before the temp rise. If your temperature is three days above the cover line, you have ovulated just before the temp rise.

After ov your temp usually stays above the cover line, although some get a temperature dip on implementation. The temp dips below the cover line just before your AF. When pregnant, it usually stays above the line or even goes a bit higher.

A dip just before ov is normal, this happens with some women.

Raraz, you can get the occasional weird high or low temp. Just keep taking it. You're looking for an overall pattern and not for individual temps.

Yep that link works.
So...
You're not going to get a coverline this month because you started taking temps close to O - but don't worry about that for now
I'd personally be really surprised if you O'd on the day you got the last of 5 +ive OPK's in a row (despite other signs pointing towards that) - were all of those OPK's equally dark in colour or were they getting gradually darker then lighter?
Your temps on CD15,16, 20 and 22 are marked with open circles - did you take these at different times of the day to usual?
It looks like a good start. Don't worry about the dip post O, in all my charts except a couple (including 2 where i got a BFP) I had dips below coverline for 1 or 2 days post O. I suspect your temps will head back up tomorrow. At a total guess (based only on post O temps as the one pre O and on O are open circles and may not be accurate) I would imagine your coverline on this chart would be around 36.05 or 36.1

Thanks, Merkin. I was using CB Advanced Digital so the 24th was the second day of Peak fertility, which is supposed to be the day of ovulation. My other obs suggested to me that that was accurate too. Why do you think otherwise???

Re temps, yes I think so. With my shifts, I'm not often up at the same time for more than a couple of days in a row. Thanks for the advice on the temp dip. I'm trying not to obsess over it! Does that mean you think I won't have conceived this month?

Not at all, assuming you've had sex in your fertile period you've got a good chance!

I see that your monitor had peak fertility on CD15 and CD16 however you also have a +ive OPK marked for CD12 - 16 - just wondered of these had all been fully dark / positive readings? Is this your first month using the monitor?

Good luck!

raraz, you don't necessarily ovulate on the second day of the fixed smiley, it could be the day after as well. But the temp rise and other signs do indicate you ov'd on that second fixed day.

The dip does not mean you did not conceive. Even if you don't, the dip would only happen just before AF. I think it's just because your irregular times/bcs you only just started / bcs it's just a temporary dip.

Merkin : I had High fertility on the 20th-22nd (3 days) and Peak fertility on 23rd and 24th. I used the same tests last month too.

Thanks or the advice Blueamber too - though according to the info I found on the CB website, ovulation should occur on the second day of PF Confused. Mind, I spose as long as it did occur thereabouts, I don't mind which day! We dtd every day from 19th-24th inclusive.

Morning! My temps sated high again today - so FF confirmed my ovulation as expected.

As you can see from my chart - I ovulated day after second fixed smiley day.

Now fingers crossed my injury goes away and I'll be able to dtd in my next fertile window! :-)

Raraz - I'm very jealous of your short cycles!

I had a disaster this morning, ds woke at 2:45 and came in beside me then my phone died during the night so I had to go and get charger. Df came home from work at 3 but never came to bed til 5. My alarm went off at 7:30 but never woke til about 8 so I took my temp and it said 32?!

This happens to everyone every now and then. You can put it in FF but mark it as disregarded as its not an accurate view

Jaykay : short cycles? Last one was 35 days; this one I'm expecting to be 31! I'd like regular 28-day ones please.

Babyrose: Ignore it. That's highly unlikely - you'd be hypothermic. Probably the thermometer didn't work properly for some reason or other.

Also, my temps didn't go back up today - I'm at 36.1 again. Does that mean anything?

jaykay987 · 31/07/2013 13:00

Oh my mistake Raraz your FF chart only went up to 22 (mine is wider somehow - maybe a different view or something) so I assumed you had shorter cycles!

I had another look at your chart. Looks normal. Difficult to know if that's high for you or not as we don't know your pre ov temps. FX for you though!

Oh right, that's just cos it's the current month's chart and that's as far as I've got - you had me baffled there lol Grin. How long are yours like?

Thanks Smile, I hope you're right!

So this morning, my temp was 36.0 in my mouth, but - did it out of interest - 36.8 vaginally! Think I might take it that way next month - have a feeling I'll get more reliable results...
