Dizziness and feeling 'off' after ovulation

Anyone else get this? My cycles are just getting back to 'normal' atm and this month and last (so def not pg!), I've had awful dizziness/irritability/nausea/cramps etc after ovulation. Lasted until my period last month, starting about a week after ov. This month, it's started already (ov 24th) and I feel pretty crap so hoping it doesn't last the next fortnight. Anyone know what causes it - progesterone? And if anything helps with it? Thanks in advance!

It could also be the drop in oestrogen? I'm not sure, sorry I can't be more helpful.
