��Period pains!!!!

My period pains always start 10days before my period at the moment!
Currently at 5 days before and the cramping and lower back pain is doing me in!
Anyone else get this??

I would keep a daily pain and symptom diary.

Has this been happening for a long time now?.

If such pain is also cyclical and gets worse up to and including menses I would actually ask the GP to refer you to a gynae. Endometriosis is a common cause of severe period pain.

It started a couple of months ago having twinges like period pains as far as 10 days before period, I calculated wrong and I'm 2 days before period now, it's just annoying like having a period without the blood then I've still got it all to come!
I had an ectopic November last year and they checked everything and said all was ok, may be worth a check again I guess as things change.
