I am TTC for the second time and still have some weight to lose after DD> anyone have nutrition tips to promotoe fertility whilst also losing some weight?

Not rreally, bizarrely I conceived both of my kids while on out every night boozing, party fast food lifestyle..
Now that I'm healthy, drink far less and exercise more, ccan I get pergnant...
No!
I think alcohol, keeping yourself fit with a walk every day or so, balanced diet and a good pre natal vitamin would do.

I agree with what piffle say but I also think it os important to remember that we should still enjoy our life, If you want a drink or a coffee / cream cake/ chips then have one.TTC is hard enough without denying your self lifes pleasures/ Everything in moderation with lots of fruit and veg is what I'm trying at the moment
