Can anyone recommend where I get the above as GP will only do day 21.

A private GP should do them for you.

If you want to go to a fertility clinic, I know of Create (Raynes Park) and New Life (Epsom) out that way, although I don't know if they will make you have a consultation or just let you get those tests.

I had these done as part of a couples' fertility mot at Concept Fertility in Putney.

Will look at concept fertility as nearby. Someone recommended to me the women's wellness centre on Fulham road? Does anyone know it?
