Trying to get pregnant after coming off the pill.

I have been taking the Cliest Pill for about 8 years, I took my last pill at the end of March, beginning of May I bleed for about 5 days and have not had a period since! I understand once coming off the pill, periods can take time to become regular.

Me and my husband are keen to start a family.

Has anyone else been in the same situation ?

Yes, I stopped the pill end of April and have had no period yet either. I had all the signs of ovulation three weeks ago, but still didn't get my period and a pregnancy test was negative. So I'm still waiting!

So you did have a period after two months? It could be that your first cycles are long but that they will regulate themselves. They do say it can take a while for your hormones to go back to normal after the pill. Did you have regular periods before the pill? If so you should go back to this eventually, but it can take 6 to 12 months.

It's annoying though, isn't it, having to wait for so long for your cycles while you just want to become pregnant!

I'd heard that for however many years you were on the Pill, that's how many months it can take for your cycle to establish again.

Yes I had a period 6 weeks after coming off the pill and nothing since!!

I am hoping my first cycles are longer and it will regulate themselves and soon, its just very frustrating. My periods before the pill were regular.

For the last few weeks, I have had very tender breasts and sometimes stomach cramps but no period.

I have done a couple of tests and i'm not pregnant.

I don't know now other women feel, but I'm starting to really worry
