I got my positive 2 days ago now, tried to DTD yesterday but hubby is on tablets that make it harder for him to finish and combined with the pressure of HAVING to do it we were not successful, so that's me off the bus before it's even got going!! I was thinking I'll give MN a miss for a couple weeks but if I'm honest I don't think I'll be able to resist the lure of all your bfps. Hubby is hopefully starting back to work next week so perhaps being back in a routine will help with the TTC.

Is it too soon to start a September bus?

Hello can I join please? This is my 5th month trying and hoping to have a bfp on 11th Aug, I hoping that joining this thread may contain my crazy behaviour as soon as 1 DPO, I am one of many I am sure that does not handle to two week wait well! Last time I started testing 7 DPO, I have no idea why?!! Anyway so I vow to be patient this month and wait until a missed period if I am lucky?! Fingers crossed for everyone then!

Hey ladies, is it good to DTD everyday you are fertile or every other days so DH sperm can replenish? I feel the need to do it every day I get a smiley face on ovulation kit or feel like I'm missing opportunities.

Paully06..I have just heard every other day until you are ovulating and the every day whilst you are, then I heard just to stick to every other day so I am going to try every other day this month as for 5 months we were doing every day and no luck.

I think so Fox at least until they can get down to the source of the problem, he's been on them since I don't know when so long that I couldn't be sure if they are even helping any!

It's not often that it's a problem really, I think it's just when there is an additional factor that it gets too much for him so there was too much pressure on him as well as the tablets last night. He told the Dr that we were trying for a baby and she was like "Oh lovely, here take more of these tablets"

Oh well, a June baby would be lovely, it'll go well with my birthday, hubby's, mum', MIL's and my uncle's (I'll not do friends or I'll be here forever!)

Really sorry this month hasn't panned out disney, I know that feeling well, I have to try and stop myself telling OH what time of the month it is but he knows as I initiate a LOT more! Then the pressure gets to him and BAM nothing!! It's frustrating and we can't even let it show which even more frustrating!! Hey ho,May/June are also good months

Yey chubby the end is in sight! I think the longest I've had is about 10 days and I remember how annoying that was! Hopefully its the last one you have in a long time eh!

Sorry things haven't worked out timing wise for you this month disney, as you say if dh is going back to work it might help on that front too getting back into a routine. And a june baby would be lovely! Can you stick around and keep us in line when we swear we have a really itchy elbow at 2dpo so it MUST be a symptom?!

We messed up on smep last night, it was meant to be day 3 of consecutive dtd after +ve opk but it didn't happen. Between that and only starting on cd10 I don't think we can really claim we've followed it this month. Still dtd a fair bit this month though so fx it will be enough. Can't help but feel last night might have been the crucial night though. Might try once more tonight for luck!

I'm 4 days late and have had period cramping for the last two days but no period?!

Has anyone had this? I've not had it before. Normally when I get cramps my period arrives within 2 to 3 hours...

Hey jelly my ov date was meant to be 16th but ended up 18tg with all normal symptoms so don't worry cycles get confused. Im 5dpo birthday tomorrow think I can risk a few drinks but then could implantation happen tomorrow Hmmm

I've always found the ic opks really good Jelly, although I know not everyone has the same opinion of them. If you've no physical signs maybe you're just going to ov a bit later this month? I've had them as late as cd19 before, got it at cd13 this time!

Hi all, not been on for about a week so I thought I'd have a quick read through and catch up. Sorry to hear this month hasn't gone to plan Disney, fx that next month is the one for you. We've been DTD as much as possible but I only get to see OH at weekends at the moment so I don't think we're likely to get a BFP until I've moved properly in September. Hasn't stopped us trying though! fx for all who are waiting at the moment.
