PLEASE HELP ...15 days LATE negative HPT result

Hi all
I'm new to all this so please bare with me! I'm 15 ish days late and starting to get a tad freaked out. Me and my partner had to go through treatment to conceive our daughter (nearly 3 years ago) and the thought that we could possibly of caught naturally is making my heart miss a beat.
I was really off around a week after my fertile stage.... sicky, nausea, crampy belly, head ache, back ache..then had what I thought was implantation bleeding the week after that. I wasn't looking for this as I'd had it set that this wouldn't happen to us...... Now I'm not sure!! Please help I'm losing my mind....

Bud what tests are you using? Some of the cheaper ones are crappy. Failing that, I reckon a trip to the GP for bloods would probably be best to I've a definitive answer. Hope you get the result you want

If you were ill during your fertile stage, then ovulation might have been delayed and you could skip a period. Your body should try to ovulate again in that case, perhaps around this time? Do you usually know when ov is happening?

Two months ago, I didn't ovulate and had no period, I then ovulated the month after. Although this was because I had just stopped the pill, I think the mechanism is be the same.

If you're worried though, a trip to the GP might be best instead of having to wait and worry any longer.

i do think that hpt are usually right from the day your period is due. that doesnt nec mean youre not pregnant though. as if you ovulated late then you still could be.

i am in a similar position with late period and weird series of cramping int he second half of cycle. i also had a +opk at cd 13 but i dont think i actually ovulated.

Could the "implantation bleeding" have been a light period?
