Anyone care to join me for this interminable length of waiting time?! I'm only 1 dpo!

I'm not too bad thanks International. Had a bit of a scare on Thursday with some bleeding but a scan showed a strong and healthy heartbeat. I'm just taking it easy this weekend and I haven't had any spotting since Friday night now. I haven't had any actual sickness but I feel nauseous and crap most days.

No AF yet, but tested again and still bfn. Wish it would hurry up and get on with it now.

My 2ww starts today. Had a fixed smiley on Friday morning from dual opk and a normal smiley from (pink) opk yesterday. And clear circle this morning.

First time I've had proof of ovulation in a year so massive Fx!

This morning my boobs feel so achey! Haven't had this is so long. My cycles must be getting back to normal! Though I say that, I'm on cd39.

Writer It was due on Friday, so it's now 2 days overdue.

I'm 8 dpo, with another 4-7 days before AF is due - i'm really itching to do a test!
I've only had four cycles since coming off Nexplanon, the first three were 26 days, the last one was 31 days (same as before DS), so not sure if its worth trying a test this early. Plus DH goes away for the week on Tuesday morning, and I don't want to tell him over the phone!

I'm very tempted to do a test tomorrow morning...

Hi longtailed welcome I think you're best testing at 10dpo...although dont let that stop you , lots of luck

Welcome longtail. If you can hold off, I would to avoid disappointment, as implantation doesn't happen until 9-12days, so you won't get any symptom or HCG level until then. But like snoozy said, please don't let that stop you best of luck xx

I think I should probably wait until DH gets back and test on Saturday morning, that's if AF hasn't already arrived.
This is only our first cycle TTC, but it only took three for DS so I reckon there's a chance!

sorry to hear that Arkady and Snoozy... I was so sure last month and then AF turned up early.. (at least she had the manners not to leave me waiting and hoping!!)... so now onto the second 2ww.... have lots to distract me (phd viva coming up quickly) so hopefully won't seem tooooooooo long!

Hi there. Got my first positive opk yesterday and another one today so I assume I'll be joining you guys in a day or so. This will be my first 2ww and am already dreading it. Part of me wants to test asap and part of me doesn't!

I was super good at NOT testing, and didn't test until the day AF was due. So take heart - you can do it too!

If you can dtd everyday then that's what I would do - unless its going to put pressure on the pair of you of course.

Nah, we're enjoying it at the moment. My libido died a death when I was on the pill so it's a novelty at the moment! Daily dtd has no bad effects on sperm count, then?

If you can dtd as much as possible do it plus sperm is at it healthiest the more it produced, so if its once-twice a day, then you have Olympic swimmers! A lot of people think if they leave it a couple of days and then go, that they will have more sperm. This is not true, sperm is actually tired and dying off :( poor spermies!

Ha ha, poor spermies! Tonight will be the fourth or fifth time in a row so hopefully they're like little Olympians :)
