You're in with a chance until Af arrives!! I got a bfn day before my Af was due, I waited three days to test again and hey presto - 4 bfps Grin

I started on the decaff before the mc (so that clearly didn't work!), but I'm back on it now. Got used to the taste after about week. Would love some decaf Earl Grey, so May treat myself to a look for that if I make this one to 8 weeks. Being very anxious all the time, which surprised me, but the old timers on the PG after MC thread are well used to it and have lots of advice. Surprisingly pissy and grumpy rrather than joyous - don't want to tempt fate which hasn't stopped me buying a nice Mamas and Papas blanket

I bought a twin-pack of CB digis and one of FR. If AF doesn't show up tomorrow I'll try one of the FR ones; if I get a BFP with that I'll try one of the CB digis. If AF shows up on time, or the FR shows a BFN, I'll save the other tests for next month's round of trying again I think.

BFN for me too. Sad AF hasn't put in an appearance yet but is due today & I'm feeling crampy, so looks like I'm out for this month. Oh well, back to square one. Sad

Interested to read about decaff tea. I thought a small amount of caffeine was fine during pg but is it recommended that decaff is always drunk?

Have just checked in a pregnancy book and it says 200ml of caffeine a day is fine so that's about two cups of coffee or three cups of tea.

But bear in mind that chocolate and cola also contain caffeine.

I usually give up coffee when pg, but carry on drinking tea. I've had 3 kids and they all turned out fine!

I was addicted to coffee when I was having D.D and all I could eat was chocolate.
On another note I'm back in my 2ww. DTD on the 9th 10th 14th 16th 17th (this morning) planning to on 21st 23rd 24th 28th and 30th August. A.F is due on the 31st. I hope she doesn't show up. xx

How long's a piece of string or to put it another way I'm not too sure. However since he came back from his holiday we have got more close and communicated more although not close enough for me to be honest about hoping to get pregnant, (I'll be the first to say, that)

TTC with him could be a waste of time as for all I know he could have had a vasectomy but it's not the sort of thing you ask.
However 3 months is only early days most healthy couples can take between 6 months and 12 months to concieve so I'm not too concerned yet. Although when ever A.F arrives I get jealous of pregnant women and spend all my time getting emotional.
I'm trying not to get too obsessed but like most things in life that's easier said than done, but at least I have my D.D some poor women do not even get the chance to have one child. x

You could always casually mention vasectomies??

Something like, "My friend's husband had a vasectomy today! Ouch!! Do you think you could ever bring yourself to do that??"

If he turns around and says he's already had one then at least you know!

How old is he? Not that it matters I guess, I know two guys who had vasectomies in their late 20's.

Also how are you. Have you started to get morning sickness yet. I had it from 7 weeks to up until my D.D was born. xxx

I wish I could sleep better, AF not turned up yet but tested early today and was bfn so will test again in a few days if still no AF ....

On a separate note, other than asking straight I can't think of a better suggestion than writer has re: vasectomies
