If you ovulate on (say) day 16-19, will your period arrive 14 days AFTER ovulation can it arrive before?

Can arrive before. For conception to take place it is best for it to be due 10 days or more after OV.

I ov on day 17/18 each month, and I vary luteal phase anything from 12-14 days past ovulation
