It's only first cycle ttc but I'm clueless about it all as dd was a pill baby so bare with me! Dp and I dtd cd 6,7,9,11,12. Got positive opk cd12 but negative on cd13 and due to family being over we didn't have sex that day. We reckon we missed ovulation therefore. Is there
any point trying today? Ah well it's been fun trying and dp is knackered!

No, you're definitely in with a chance. The theory about dtd on the day of ovulation is outdated. Your best chance to conceive is by dtd 1-3days before ovulation. Good luck!

Yep, as above. You have a very definite chance - but that doesn't mean you will definitely conceive ofc! When's AF due? Fingers crossed!

Oo good to hear. Dp is playing golf all day so will try jumping him this eve I think Af is due 21st according to fertility friend and my days!

According to fertility friend conception one day post ovulation is near zero. So not sure whether to bring myself to sweaty sex in 30' heat!

we did smep back in may and I reckon that we dtd on the Wednesday and u ovulated on the Thursday/Friday? I got a bfp that month someone said on these threads somewhere that a fertility person told them you have more chance of getting a bfp from dtd prior to ovulation. Good luck for this month

We only managed to dtd days 8 and 9 then ovulated very early this month cd11 so not sure what to think!

I'm sending lots of positivity your way, I'm doubtful too as its first month off the pill. Plus I'm cramping tonight but putting it down to IBS as surely it's too early for Af or implantation cramps at cd18?

I've read that woman are at there most fertile when they come off the pill!

How many dpo are you? I think implantation can take place anywhere between day 6 and 12.

I think I'm 3dpo and cd 14 so a while to go yet.

I'm 5/6dpo and cd18. My positive opk was cd12 so I'm guessing I ovulated cd13 but who knows! First month and went straight for the ovulation sticks and pre-seed. I'm obsessed already!

Oh fx then! You never know stay positive! It does get obsessive doesn't it?

Any symptoms?

I had cm from 5dpo that was brown/red/pink for 2days and til the next morning. Today I've had cramps they stopped for a bit then tonight they got really intense!

Sounds promising! This morning 9dpo I threw up nothing but burning acid out the blue. Nice! oh and I fell asleep at 9.30am Saturday morning. When you testing? I'm waiting for Thursday.
