So this temping business?

I have a DS (2) who still creates a ruckus in the night fairly often. I also have occasional insomnia. Will not having a solid nights sleep matter to my temp?

Does it matter if I sit up and then do my temp? Does it matter if I hit the snooze button a couple of times before I take it?

I'm similar - 2 yo often waking at night and I rarely sleep the whole night. I just take my temp at the same time every morning (usually about 6am) and record that.

Fertility friend says that this is the best thing to do and that it can still make sense of it/find a pattern. I find that I do have the odd rogue temp that doesn't follow the pattern, but that generally the pattern is there and I can make sense of it.

Definitely worth trying it and see how you get on. I'm also using opks for the first time this month too as we have missed ov the last couple of months due to slightly irregular cycles!
