Conception two week waits killing me :(

Hello:) can anyone please help me, I have come off the jag & have been off it for around 8 months, I'm not using any protection & am obviously active :) me & my partner have been together for a couple of years now & being a mum & dad would mean everything to us, I don't know if I'm being stupid but I feel I have signs of pregnancy, we had unprotected sex every other day after I finish my period & my days of ovulation, a couple of days ago I started blood spotting it was brown with hints of very like pink, it only appeared on toilet paper, I had small cramping pains that felt like like period pains but not due my period till the 1st of July, the spotting only lasted about 2 days, someone please help :(

Hi Katie. After a year and a half of two week waits, I can tell you that the only fool proof sign that you are pregnant is a positive pregancy test. The mind can really play tricks on you when you want something really badly.

Your spotting may mean that you are pregnant, and I really hope that you are. Not long to go now until you find out for sure.

In the meantime, go to the movies, lie in bed and read the Sunday papers, be spontaneous. Do all the things that are harder to do when you have a young family.

I can only agree we've been ttc for 9 months now and tww can really play tricks on your mind! Last month I had spotting, v tender breasts and nausea....not pregnant!! The only good thing that has come from it is I will not be listening to my body and signs during tww as no point!! Hope u get your bfp soon!! Xx

I feel your frustration Katie! I'm now 5 days late and still testing negative :( grrrrr!

I know how you feel my first 2 week wait after pill heavy breasts which were sire at ovulation I used opk and temp I hate waiting and it's only my first month wishing you all bfp and not too much stress in your 2 wk wait

I have just posted a very similar message. I have a DS so know my signs of pregnancy and I was CONVINCED last month, but I wasn't. It's such an awful wait. I feel like I am living in little one months steps. I do try and do things that I wouldn't be able to do pregnant (painted a wall on a whim last night)! Any other suggestions??
