BFP on 2 home tests but BFN at Dr's?

hi, I tested positive yesterday afternoon at home. I went to the walk in centre last night as I was worried about severe pains in my shoulder I've had for 2 days now. today is the 3rd day. I know this can be a symptom of ectopic preg, and you are more susceptible to ectopics with coil removal, I had mine removed in march. so at the walk in centre they did a test, it was bfn but showed blood in my urine! nurse said I could be about to have AF.....I still haven't, I tested again this morning using a first response test and the line was clearer! so 2 home bfp and 1 bfn from nurse. blood in urine and painful shoulder. any advice?

Hi everyone, I eventually stopped bleeding on 15th July. I lost this thread on my phone when it updated so I'm happy to have found it via my laptop!! So bleeding stopped 15th, we immediately started ttc again, no sign of AF as yet, extreme heartburn for the past 4 days which was my first symptom last time too, don't want to get my hopes up though as I don't know if it's too early to show symptoms? Not sure when I should test either. My shoulders are sore again!! :( surely it can't all be happening again.....hoping I get AF solely to put my mind at ease about these pains in my shoulder and i can begin to have them checked out!
