We always have loads of fruit. Flapjack's just full of sugar too. Both of us eat pretty healthily most of the time but SSG runs over 60 miles a week so a packet of crisps doesn't touch the side!

Maybe Zara waited until Kate was diffed so that people would be distracted and leave her in relative peace.

We rarely have junk in the house (apart from naice chocolate). We will pick up a grab bag of kettle chips and have those at the weekend if someone is coming over or we are watching a film. Otherwise we don't buy crisps, biscuits or cake. I do make a cake about once a fortnight though, and KFZK has a late night Ben & Jerry's habit.

I suspect Zara waited until post-Olympics.

Oh, FACT - a small amount of dark chocolate (2 squares) is actively good for you. As in, you should eat 2 squares of dark choc every day.

Fasting Moll? You have my upmost respect. I struggle if I haven't eaten for a few hours, no way could I go a whole day. Please tell me it's just a day?!

I'm normally pretty good, but do have a weak sweet tooth. Funnily enough though, I've completely lost my appetite for sweet things since my BFP. I have a tub of Phishing Food in the freezer that has remained unopened for 2 weeks
