1st cycle what symptoms should I look for????

Hello I am on other threads but I wondered if anyone could tell me what I should be looking out for in terms of implantation pregnancy etc symptoms. I am Ttc no 1 cycle 1 after coming off the pill last month. I'm finding I have bigger boobs with nipples very tender up till today. I got a positive opk on the 18th and using ff says ovulated 18th perhaps 19th. The two week wait do any other symptoms happen. I so new to it all thanks guys

Don't look for symptoms, you will drive yourself mad! They vary so much, it won't really tell you anything. You will probably find yourself having every pregnancy symptom known to man over the next few months unless you are one of those lucky people who falls pregnant first try. Your best bet is to try not to think about it as much as possible, and do a test if your period is late, but who am I kidding, you will end up obsessing about it constantly just like everyone does! I also ov on the 18th. Ive found the past couple of months that a couple of days after ov i start getting sensitive/sore boobs and and they feel fuller aswell. I normally get quite a bit of nausea aswell. Mood swings, headaches, and different sense of smell are all occasional symptoms aswell.

All of the symptoms are the same as you could get if you are pg. Its hard not to get hopes up but im trying not to be as hopeful this month after constantly thinking the past 2 months that i must be pg because i feel it it didnt help last month when af turned up 2 days late!

There are no such things as definite pregnancy symptoms. In my 3 years of TTC I have had sore nipples, tender breasts, nausea, backache, headaches, etc, etc and I've not been pregnant yet!

I'd also advise to avoid early testing like the plague. Personally I to d a negative test far more upsetting than AF turning up. Plus most "early" tests are actually rubbish with accuracy of less than 50% if taken at less than around 12dpo.

cheers guys yes i have seen you bartbaby I guess i am very grateful that i seem to have ovd the month after coming off the pill. Might seem a bit strange but I am finding learning about my body quite interesting how taking the pill can have such an impact on how I feel and how my body feels thoughtful stuff.
