Coming off the pill (Rigevidon)

Hi all, so first time looking at this site - just want to ask...
Have just come off Rigevidon, which I have only been taking for about a year or so. I stopped 5 pills from the end as we decided - it's time! : )
I had a bleed 3 days later which lasted for 3 days.
Just wondering if anyone had any experience with getting pregnant after coming off this pill - and is it possible right away? We've had sex quite a lot since coming off - but don't want to run out and get a test right away... but kind of do want to... but am I just being too eager?

I think they normally advise waiting for your proper period to come back so that it would be easier to date the pregnancy as the bleed you had would be a withdrawal bleed rather than a bleed after ovulation.

p.s. I hope you have started your folic acid tablets too
