Bizarre and confusing spotting but still a BFP.. Any ideas?

I've suffered a mmc at 12 wks at the beginning of last year and a mc at 6wks6 in October when TTC #1 for 4 yrs and have been close to giving up.

However, this month I have been spotting every day since day 10, I ov'd on day 15 and tested with a HPT on Sunday and got a BFP (GrinGrinSmile). I have tested every day since and it's been BFP.

Has anyone else experienced this as I'm utterly confused by it. Tmi - but only spotting which shows when I wipe but its red blood. ODDHmm

Anyone ever experienced this or have any ideas as TERRIFIEDConfused

Fraid I can't give much help other than to say that I work in healthcare and from that I know that people can bleed a lot more than that and still be absolutely fine, their babies too. Some even appear to be going into labour very early, but eventually don't and are fine. Don't panic - stress ain't gonna help! What's your GP like? I'd speak to them if you can - or a practice nurse (my practice nurse was far more help than my GP when I MC-ed and with pg and conception in general). Good luck!

Thanks for your reply, I'm trying to stay calm just completely flummoxed that I've been spotting since days before conception/implantation and it doesn't seem to be easing off!

I'd be panicking too - but I'm no expert. Have you googled it? It might be a common experience; I don't know. If it's still positive, that's a good sign. I MC-ed recently, and my tests went negative very quickly - I was early on like you so there wasn't far for the HCG to drop.
