Anyone given these a go to be a helping hand?

So I'm going into month number 4 with ttc. Been takin folic acid for a few months, and stopped the pill on march 2nd.

Whilst shopping in sainsburys today noticed they had 3 for 2 on seven seas trying for a baby vitamins. Has anyone given these a go and has any words of encouragement? My periods since stopping the pill have been ridiculously heavy! I don't think they were this bad before I was put on contraception. Anyway, these vitamins claim to help regulate your hormone levels and support your normal fertility, and normal reproduction, along with helping for normal development of the baby once conceived.

Also, any useful advice whilst ttc. I know the usual, don't get stressed, think about it too much it'll happen in time etc...maybe some unusual or different ways I could help myself? Smile

I think they are all much of a muchness I used to buy what ever was on special www.vitabiotix.com do a constant 3 for 2 on pregnacare, I'm not sure how much these things can help regulate your hormones though, you might want to speak to your GP that, it can sometimes take time for your body to calm done, good luck

Yeah I've read the whole thing about your body need time to adjust Hmm I wish id of stopped the pill months before now but oh well. I think they're similar to pregnacare. I was going to buy those ones but they were so pricey Blush

I have just switched from seven seas ones to Pregnacare conception as I didn't feel well on the seven seas vits. I have read both positive and negative things about the majority of the conception vits on the market. I think it is just personal choice and I'm getting the impression that it probably takes a week or so to see any side effects as I was fine for the first 7-10 days on seven seas and then started feeling awful. I can't really comment on the benefits yet but I figure they can't do any harm!
