Are the cheapy ones as 'good' as the expensive ones? I see people using cheapo ones first then a 'proper' one to be sure?

ive only ever used internet amazon cheapies... not had a positive. i know the negative works though Grin

I use the cheapy ones. They are apparently more sensitive than the expensive ones and are also the same as the GP/hospitals use. I've been TTC since August and have done a lot of POAS so would have worked out quite costly if I'd used the expensive ones! Good luck!

Thank you! Not thought of amazon but will shop around. :)

Yes when I said cheap I meant Internet cheapies. I get mine from eBay but the amazon ones are pretty much the same thing!

EuroShaggleton · 29/05/2013 15:18

Internet cheapies. I buy mine from a site called Access Diagnostics. The only downside to them is that you need to pee in a cup and then dip the stick, so it takes a small amount more thought at 6 in the morning when you are half asleep!

Nothing wrong at all with the amazon/ebay/poundland ones. They are as reliable, if not more sensitive than expensive brands. And if you're a serial POASer then you can buy 15 for £2 or whatever it is and test to your heart's content.

I despise Clearblue marketing and the fact that desperate women spend £13 to wee on their sticks because they believe them to be better or the best or more accurate.

Cheap all the way here. Grin Not anymore though, done having babies sadly.

Blimey 15 for 2 quid is cheap!!!
