2ww: To spa or not to spa?

Got a spa day booked with my mum tomorrow and there will be the usual jacuzzi, sauna etc. I'm TTC #1 and am somewhere between 6-9dpo (should be 9 but more likely to be 6. Unsure due to some weird OV happenings this month). Mum doesn't know we're TTC so going to be pretty difficult to get out of it. Have read mixed advice on Dr Google. My gut instinct is to use the facilities but only for a short time as I'm on cycle 10 of TTC and feel I can't keep putting my life on hold 'just in case' I might be pregnant. But what do you lovely ladies do. Do you visit spas during the 2ww?

I don't think you should put your life on hold just yet until you get a bfp, unless of course it entails alchol or rollercoasters (those would be a no no). You might want to stay clear of the sauna though just incase as the heat won't be good if you are upduffed.

Thanks Pumpkin. Wouldn't do anything risky if I knew I was pg but after 10 months TTC the chances are pretty slim so think I'll just go for it but limit the time I spend there so as not to overheat.
