No sign of AF but tests are negative :-(

Hi Ladies,
My husband and I started TTC for the first time this month, my AF was due on Saturday so I was excited when it didn't show...did a CB digi test on Sunday morning (first wee!) but it was negative... then I did another CB digi this morning (Thurs) followed by boots own a few hours later - both negative - boo!
My AF doesn't always run like clockwork but it's weird for it to be this late.
Has anyone had to wait longer than 5 days past AF due date to get a BFP?!
Any insight / advice appreciated!! :-) x

Hi wannabeamommy - no I came off the pill about 9 months ago before our wedding so I could start getting to know my cycles again... they usually range from 27-31 days... on day 35 now!

Ah happy days. Im on day 42 today no period or AF but that could be because Im just 47 days off my pill. Had a three day bleed after 5 days.

Its looking good for you though. Have you tested?

I've done three (one after one day late, and two today at five days late) - all negative

Ive done lots if negative tests. Think my cycles just messed up though. Gonna do a test tues again. Fingers crossed!!!

It might just be too early to test. Did you test first thing in the mirning. Levels are higher then for testing x

My AF is 6 days late today, and also normally really regular, I'm on cycle 6 since stopping the pill. Really annoying! Taken 2 tests and both bfns. :( Good luck everyone! x

Essie, it's so annoying isn't it?! Wish AF would just hurry up if it's on its way so can get on with next cycle! Can't help but be hopeful in the meantime though...
