Hi ladies,
i should be ovulating this weekend but also doing a challenge where I will be doing 15 hours of medium impact exercise over the weekend. We wanted to start ttc this month but I wanted to wait till after this was over, as I had heard over exercise can increase the chance of mc and make it hard ttc ( according to google) I normally do 4 hours a week of exercise at the most.
So have any of you have experience exercising lots and ttc? Or advise?
Would doing a one off big exercise effect my eggs or chances or is it just those that do it regularly?
