getting pregnant while on implanon

I got a new implanon at the end of February but just starting of last week I've woken up feeling like I've had to throw up, now I'm having nausea, bad headaches, weird pains in my stomach and heartburn. But ive had my period every month since I've gotten it. I'm spotting lightly but its dark. I read that your suppose to use protection the first week after you get a new implanon inserted. Is their a chance I could be pregnant?

I guess the only way to know is to test

I'm not sure - I've had mine taken out to TTC. However I had a few scares on it as it is nicely known for giving you pregnancy symptons. But like everyone else will say the only way to know is to POAS!!
