Is anyone really good at using Fertilityfriend?

So, I used to regularly use Fertility Friend and input all my date.

Following a missed miscarriage and the birth of our pfb the cycle length/cycle times are invalid. I have tried a billion times to get the information back to zero and I just can't.

Does anyone know how you input the information as though from the beginning?

Have you tried e-mailing the support team/or posting your question in FF forums? I did that once and got a response later in the day (when the US woke up).
