How early can you get symptoms?

I am only a week since ovulation & today my boobs feel different! Am I deluding myself & it's far too early?

Probably yes.

Implantation happens 9-12dpo depending on your cycle length. So anything after 9days will be more like symptoms. Sore boobs is probably due to hormone rise (progesterone) which you will have whether you conceive or not :)

I have a different view. I had BM a week before I was due af.
It was so weird, I waited which nearly killed me for my af due date to appear.
I had feint lines on two tests, and did a Clear Blue one.... She's 3.7 :)

From experience I would say it's possible. I got very sore breasts immediately after conception with my dd (mid cycle). I never have sore breasts at any point in my cycle...you'll have to wait & see!
