Anyone get ov pains? I've only just started paying attention so not really sure if what I'm feeling is ov pain or delayed Pilates ache.
I have period type pain but v low down in abdomen, lower than in period pain.
Is this what you get or am I making a link because tomorrow is 14 days before af due?

It will be on one side, either left or right, where the ovaries are. That's how it felt when I got it and what I've read about it.

Yes get it alway's 14 day's before period is due .sharp dull pain on one side of ovary and last's around 24hours .

Yup I get it every month, for me it's actually worse than period pain.
A sharper feeling than pp - almost like a stitch but much lower down, on the inside of your hip bone.
Lasts about 12 hrs for me.

I also get it. Faint dull cramping, like period pains, on one side for a few hours. Then that gives way to sharp stabbing pains. Usually lasts a full day. It gets pretty bad some months, painkillers and hot water bottle helps. I get really lethargic too.

It's like a dull pain. I feel it more on one side than the other. That ovary is in the normal place where as the other one hides on scans. I don't feel the hidey one to the same extent. I also get very bloated at ov time.
