i have that to sarah really feel like af is coming but doesnt show...! on the ante natal thread they said it was normal... but i was worried.

Grrrrr trying to do SMEP but OH hasn't been in the mood to DTD - so far he's been hungover and now has a tummy bug! So frustrating, but at least the OPK's have been negative so far so hopefully he'll be better by the time I'm ovulating.

We have been trying to do SMEP as well but haven't quite done it EXACTLY right! But it's a good guideline to follow!

We dtd on CD10,12,14,17,20 and 21.

I got my smiley positive OPK on cd20.

Tried to dtd again yesterday (cd22) but DH wasn't really in the mood and I had cramp in my leg (LOL) so we failed

Fertility friend has now drawn up my crosshairs based on my temps and its saying I ovulated on cd21 so I hope our efforts on CD20 and 21 were enough!

Even though we didn't do it exactly as SMEP says, we were pretty close and will carry on with it in future (hopefully will get a BFP.. We'll see!) xx

I've been lurking for a little while, was hoping I could join the bus.

ttc #3 first cycle and bfp is due on 6/7th.

Trying not to think about it all too much but I fell on my first cycle after having IUD removed with ds2 so kind of hoping we might get lucky again.

Quick question as well - getting crampy pains like af is due but only 9/10dpo so not really sure what to think of that? I'm fairly regular with a 28 cycle so I don't think its af yet?

On todays poas im not sure if there was the faintest of lines, or if its just me seeing things which is quite possible

AF due tomorrow or the next few days so will wait and see. Ive been feeling quite sickly but i was last month aswell so that along with the really sore boobs are obviously just my pre af symptoms!

On the plus side im enjoying a non guilty couple of drinks in the garden with DH, while DS plays im the paddling pool. Bliss

I had an evaporation line on friday night, and a BFN saturday morning, and waiting till tomorrow morning to test again if AF doesn't come first. Sorry its not worked for you this month Zola. Fingers crossed for the rest of us that this continues to be a bumper BFP month.

Congrats everyone, June seems to be a lucky month so far. I had ov spotting on Monday and today I've been getting cramps, would 6dpo be too early for implantation cramps? Had the same cramps with ds #2 but cant remember exactly how many dpo it was but i got my bfp 10dpo so had to have been around the same time right?

BartBaby my internet cheapy was BFN this morning. The lines I've seen have been barely there, only visible in a certain light, virtually non-existent. Clearblue brings up a faint line, but it's definitely there and doesn't disappear in different lights. Reviews of the One-Stop tests on Amazon suggest quite a few people have this experience of them and get their BFP with Clearblue!

I will wait and see if AF shows up tomorrow or tuesday, and if not i may invest in a clearblue. Did you use the digital ones? Ive never used them before, always the cheaper ones and the asda ones which dont even appear to be as sensitive as the internet cheapies. Always thought it would be a waste of money if its only going to be negative anyway!

No, it wasn't a digital, just the one that brings up a cross for the positive. I didn't buy Clearblue to start with in order to save money but have spent about a fiver on internet cheapies and Morrisons own-brand before forking out for the Clearblue, so I may as well have just bought a digital one in the beginning! I would feel better if I had it spelled out in writing, to be honest, I'm still wibbling about the line as it's quite a bit fainter than the control but it looks very like 'Picture A' in the instructions, which is an early positive.

linda I've felt a bit crampy this weekend. Not sure how many dpo I am but probably 13 or 14 days.

Congrats jelly! Fantastic news. I bought a pack of 20 Amazon cheapie pg tests at the end of my last cycle (because I know I'll be obsessed with poas so thought I'd save myself some £ and buy in bulk!) Has anyone had success with them in the past or are they generally a bit unreliable like they have been for Jelly?

Evening ladies, so sorry have been lurking for a while. im trying for number 2. Only cycle 3 and they aren't regular yet. I'm due my af anytime now I guess, on cd 31 and 9dpo.
congratulations to the three ladies with bfp's. ive just bought some cheapie pregnancy sticks off eBay as I spent a fortune last month.

Are the Asda ones rubbish Bart? I used Asda ones before going to a wedding and going on hols to make sure I wasn't pg so I knew I could drink all I wanted too (just as well cause it was free wine all night at the wedding). Asda is just over the road from me so it's easier to buy them there but will pay bit extra for more reliable tests. I ordered a set of 5 one-steps from amazon, at least I only paid £3 for them.

Before I slink off the bus to lie in the road, tell me again, which is the best OPK to use? The Clearblue that I've just looked at on Boots doesn't have smiley faces, am I getting it wrong?

And, do you test every day? Or just, say, between days 10 and 20?

With ds#1 i used the cheapies and then an asda one to confirm, but AF was a few days late by then so more dpo (the asda ones look different now though)

I got the internet cheapies really to save some money as i knew i would end up poas way too early for any test to pick up so no point using the more expensive ones. So far ive had a bfn on the asda one yesterday (13dpo) and very very faint or imaginary lines on the internet ones. So really im hoping that they just arent showing like jelly's ones, but realistically im sure they are working just fine and af will be here in the next few days!

Also been lurking here - can I hop on?! Ttc #2 since Jan 13. We're very lucky & fell on first cycle but sadly had MMC in April so starting again. Now 6dpo on first cycle since mc & hoping for BFP 10 June.

Congratulations to all the BFPs so far. I must say you ladies are very dedicated to dtd & really deserve a full bus of BFPs. We have just managed a few goes just before ov as that's always worked the times we have managed BFPs.

Have used amazon cheapies both hpt and opk. Find them fine for both - as they're so cheap you can retest as often as you like. That's great for opks but for a BFP if it looks hopeful I always like to see the word on a digi too. A smiley opk is even better & those new dual hormone ones have got me tempted for next month if/when we get there.
