Is vertigo a sign of pregnancy??

I'm on cd 24 on Sunday I had a little bleed and Monday I woke up with really bad vertigo has anyone ever suffered from this as a very early sign or is it just wishfull thinking :)) xxx

It wouldn't surprise me... I had terrible balance in very early pregnancy, as well as terrible car sickness.

I don't have anything scientific to link though, but I bet it's on the symptom spotter's list! Fx for you
