TTC next month, but.......

I may be aware of all things twingy down there due to ectopic and scar tissue plus only 1 tube.
Few days ago my boobs where quite sore, that passed.
I've the last two evenings I've been cramps and my lower back aches,
My AF is due Saturday so it's 7 days away but feels like it will be sooner! Any ideas?

It does sound like I could be implantation with being early. When do u think u will test?

I'm unsure what it is, the sore boobs seem to have evacuated now just the cramping an backache.
I get paid friday so I I can ill grab a test then I guess :)
