I've just been out for an eighteen mile ride. Nice and warm out there, but fucking hell uphill into headwinds is not fun. On the plus side, it meant I was charging down the other side of the loop at the speed of light (25-30mph ish), which is always fun I'm still nervous about whether I'll actually get up to the distance/speed required for RideLondon though, doing 100 miles at the average speed of the ride I just did seems like a long way off
