We are Barren. We are Evil, on account of having left procreating until our 30s. We are Selfish, thinking only of careers and money and cars and holidays. And lastly, we are Hags. Welcome to the BESH gin palace. Babydusters and instadiffers need not apply.

Yay for that news rasp.

I have no time for ill-conceived Hmm campaigns.

RaspberrySnowCone · 22/05/2013 18:06

White lightening and Maccdies for me.

This is not before time either. The stress has definitely taken its toll. I had a massive row with a good friend who I could probably safely say us now ex-friend on Saturday. Bit gutted but she's just been really unkind to me and used me as an emotional punchbag and I don't deserve it. So what with that and the other person blocking me on Facebook and ignoring me since I'm not doing too well. The fB blocker I don't really mind about about as she's MATV friends wife and they are a bit odd, MATV is a bit done with him but the person I fell out with this weekend has left me a bit gutted, we really were close. So this will at least be something to concentrate on for now. Please tell me I'm not the only one who has massive blow ups with people? MATV said I should go on Jeremy Kyle.

RaspberrySnowCone · 22/05/2013 18:28

Damn phone - fails to show me posts sometimes. Angry

You are right moll. I should always have been taking it like I used to I suppose but I just lost hope with it all really. Ill get some more on weekend and also start thinking about cutting out wine/caffeine on the count down.

I text MATV to tell him paperwork came. The response I got didn't really befit the momentousness of the occasion I feel as it was literally 'ok, I'll be late home, I got tomato plants and need two grow bags'. Grin proper real 'good life' like round yer.

The Kate Garraway campaign has got me all riled. Didn't she have her sprogs in her 30s?

I didn't really care for her answers, I must admit.

Though I guess if i'd agreed to front a misconceived and STUPID campaign, I'd find it a bit difficult to suddenly diss it all in a web chat too.

37 and 42? 37 and 42? And she lectures us about leaving it too late?

Jesus wept.

Hurrah rasp! I love yer bloke's non-plussed reaction.

The KG/Zita chat was pointless. I think that "campaign" has completely misfired.

I'm sort of watching bugs, whilst eating supper and MNing.

The news is a bit dramatic today.... I grew up around there. My parents hated me hanging around in Woolwich so I used to lie to them and do it anyway .

Northey · 22/05/2013 22:11

Wonder what tomorrow's security presence will be on Whitehall.

HesterShaw · 22/05/2013 22:13

Horrible horrible horrible. That poor boy. Not much older than a boy. RIP.

Rasp, hurray, sounds like things are moving forward at long last.

I watched the Apprentice - I have never watched it before. I hated them all. Welsh guy is the least awful, despite the eyebrows. Uzma.....well, I'm speechless.

evilgiraffe · 22/05/2013 22:21

No, Jason is the least awful. He's well spoken and adorable. Welsh Dracula is second to him, though :) We're watching You're Fired now - Dara is fabulous.

What's on the news?

HesterShaw · 22/05/2013 22:35

Some poor young squaddie was hacked to death outside a barracks in Woolwich in what appears to be a terrorist attack. The murderers ran around with their weapons as people tried to help him. It's simply unbelievable :(

Newsnight now, Paxo is filling me in. This is horrific.

HesterShaw · 23/05/2013 12:19

Hello dearest Hags. How are we all today?

OP posts:
EuroShaggleton · 23/05/2013 12:31

I'm ok. Fairly busy. I'm taking tomorrow off in order to have a four day weekend, so I've got a fair bit to do today.

My woo woo seems to have recovered remarkably well from Monday's attack. Which is good as I should be gearing up to ov soon, so need to get back to swi.

How are you doing?

TWinklyLittleStar · 23/05/2013 13:42

I'm ok too, although all my shifts have been messed around and extended as a result of yesterday. I got a text from my doctors today, apparently I have to collect my referral paperwork so I can 'choose and book' an appoinment?

FrankellyMyDearIDontGiveADamn · 23/05/2013 13:56

I'm alright. Bloody knackered though! Had to go to a dinner at the House of Commons last night and didn't get back home till 1am - my boss and I had a driver rather than stay the night.

So jet lag + late night + first day back at work = ZombieFrankel

In other news, I've finished my droid inducing pills so hopefully my body will reset in the next week and its back on with the stabbing!

HesterShaw · 23/05/2013 14:00
