Ok so ive read lots regarding this but its different information! Should the men in our lives be avoiding hot baths altogether? Does it really take 3 months for sperm to regenerate?

Second bit first - the sperm 'production line' takes around 12 weeks so sperm ejaculated now started as stem cells 12 weeks ago. This means that the effects of lifestyle changes (good or bad) will take that long to show.
The hot bath thing - well the testes are outside the body for a reason- the processes involved in sperm production work best a few degrees below body temp. So anything that regularly raises the temp of that area (too many hot baths, tight underwear, laptops, sitting for a long time) will mean the sperm factory not working at optimum efficiency. For a guy with fab sperm this probably won't make a huge difference but if things are poor or borderline it could well be the dealbreaker.
Did all that make sense?

Occasional is fine. Habitual probably not so good (but isn't that true of most things..........)
