Sore bbs 3dpo???

Me and my partner after 5 losses one of which was ectopic 6 months ago have decided to start TTC next month, today I have had such sore boobs!! No idea why, never had this before.
Any idea what it is??

Sorry today is 3 dpo, I have checked on the Calender on my phone which estimated ovulation and I record my timings of AF so I can keep track and since may last AF was 20 days ago.

It's progesterone. For me it starts within 24 hours of ov.

Hope it's 6th time lucky for you.
