Ovulation question

I wonder if someone could help me, I'm a regular 28 cycle gal, and the witch normally stays around for 5 days. On day 7 this month I felt a stabbing twinge in my right ovary area along with back pain, I had taken my temp that morning and it was raised from 37.4 to 38.1, I also have the egg white CM (sorry tmi).
Anyway my question is have I ovulated that early???

That would be rather early in a 28 day cycle.

I feel ov and start getting ov twinges from day 4 of my cycle onwards. They come and go and then ramp up for ov itself. I often get EWCM at the end of my period too. But I don't ovulate until CD14-16.

No one on here will be able to say whether or not you have ovulated, but I would guess that you haven't yet. Keep taking your temps and watching for CM and see what happens.
