Been trying for DC2 for a year. Just had first appointment at fertility clinic and waiting for appointments for an internal scan and HSG. Thought we were almost certainly out this month as we had to abstain right at the wrong time for DP to do his sperm sample for analysis... 
But.... these last two mornings my temp has gone up. Its normally on the decline by now if I'm not pg.
But... I have very sore boobs (shooting pains in the side of them), pulling pains in my groin and my veins everywhere look massive. I am sure this is all in my head.
I know its too early to tell. I haven't tested, but I'm getting my hopes up despite my best efforts not to and need a reality check!
