Getting PG after mirena

Hey people

have had mirena for near on 4 years, and am considering another baby - so what's the crack (bad pun) if you have it out - can you start trying straight away? has anyone been there?

I have had two of these, once after each child, I had it removed, and allowed for one cycle and then started trying to conceive. On both occasions I was pregnant within 3 months.
