So ladies I'm currently on cd20. I've had ewcm or wet cm since cd10 and my cervix and been HSO for most days since cd14. Normally I only have ewcm for maximum 5 days and cervix is HSO for 1 or 2 days.

What's going on?? Is it normal?

I don't know if it's normal but I get this too.

I used opks throughout all my ttc phases and even though I detected ovulation correctly every month ( I get bad ovulation pain too), my cm never correlated to the point of being noticeable so if poss I'd avoid it as a method as its not obvious in Evryone and you're more likely to get your hopes up/down.

If you use opk regularly enough you will be able to predict pretty much to the day what day you'll get your period so you know not to get hopes up before them e.g. I always detected ovulation on day 13 and got my period on day 29 so any symptoms before then I completely ignored and didn't even consider positive until after day 29 iyswim?!

Whitetara do you know when you OV then? I usually get cramps when I OV and regular cramps the day after OV until af arrives every month. I've had them now since about cd15 ish but if I OVd cd14 for example I've had ewcm for 7 days after OV and cervix open too.

sunnyday I usually only have HSO cervix for 1-2 days and ewcm for a maximum of 5 days so I don't know why this cycle is different.
I've just ordered some opks so hopefully next cycle will make a bit more sense.

Last month was fairly normal but the ones before that were messed up so I got all excited thinking my body was sorting itself out. Obviously not :(

To be honest, I've just started ttc after a chemical in January, so I"ve only charted a couple of cycles recently just to see how things were hormonally. According to my temps and cm (plus an opk last cycle) I seem to have ovulated on day 19 both months, but I've no idea if that is my norm. I also have a short luteal phase - also not sure if that is my norm...

I was using fertility friend. You might want to try charting just to see.
However, I found charting quite stressful in the sense that I ended up waking in the night and taking my temperature then as i never ended up going back to sleep and getting a bit obsessive with my cm. For these reasons I've decided to stop, but it was useful for re-acquainting myself with my cycles.

I've decided to follow the nhs advice and just bd every couple of days and see how that goes for the next couple of cycles (after watching the this morning phone in with professor winston and zita jones). Apparently the advice is not to time bd with ovulation as it causes stress.....we'll see how that goes this and the next several months...Hmm.
