Maybe around day 20, but it's not very clear. How long are your cycles normally?

Chart is very hard to figure out at all, its very up and down.

I would also ask how long your cycles are as well.

Hi guys. Thank you so much for replying. Could do with some help with deciphering. My cycles range from 32 to 36 days. One was 38 days once but averaged out they are 35 days long. I have noticed on day 21 it starts to steadily slowly rise and wondering if this was the day especially as I have a positive opk that day. What do you think??

Fertility friend reckons by their computer that I didnt ovulate but I do know every woman is dffernet and we dont all conform to the generic temp spike after ovulation. Its the slow rise that makes me wonder if I did actually ovulate.

I'm a slow riser but my temps pre-ov are more stable. I think it is those that is confusing FF.

For your cycle length, ov around day 20 would seem about right.

It may well be around day 20, equally it may not.

Charting is not totally infallible; you can get a temp rise in the second half of the cycle when an egg has not been shed.
