Signs of ovulation???

Does anyone have signs of ovulation without using the monitors/tests?? Xxx

Checking your cervical fluid. Checking your cervix but I don't know how you do that. Um charting your temperature. That sort of thing do you mean?

I know exactly when I'm ovulating. I get a build up of cervical fluid, headache the day before, low down, one-sided ache on the actual day, bruised, consitpated, javelin-arse type feeling at the time of ovulation, increased libido and a sort of heavy, dragging feeling just afterwards.

No charting/temping needed here.

I feel ov. I used to get EWCM, not so much now. And I've charted my temps for ages for confirmation.
