Positive OPK but no rise in BBT

Hi ladies

I had a very positive OPK on Monday but still no rise in BBT and its now Thursday!

Is this abnormal? Normal? I'm feeling a bit anxious

Also had EWCM on mon and tues.

I think I've messed up this cycle when it comes to charting. For the first part of my cycle I wasn't able to take my temp at the same time every day because I was working weird shifts including nights.

I had a dip on the weekend right before my positive OPK and EWCM. Since then it HAS increased but isn't as high as earlier in the cycle BUT maybe I can put that down to being on shifts and not accurately charting...

Going to ensure I do it properly at the same time each day from now on! I think I'm causing myself unnecessary worry when in reality it's just because I was a bit all over the place with timings and sleep!

gilly early cycle temps during AF are often high/erratic. 3 temps higher than your coverline will confirm O and if you think your early cycle temps could be off due to shift work disregard them in FF
