Hi there,
TTC DC2 and started charting this month for the first time (this time around). Been TTC on and off (mostly off...) for the last year. Since trying in earnest, this is month number 3.
OVd according to FF (and very obvious symptoms, +OPK, cramping and temp dip) on CD16. Temps have been rising steadily since but today on DPO10 had, what I consider, a big temp dip. Went from 36.90 yesterday to 36.51 today.
I looked at my chart from when I conceived DD back in 2008 and I also had a temp dip on DPO10.
So I have two questions (as this is my first month of charting since having DD nearly 4 years ago):
- When AF is due in 4 days, do you normally get such a dramatic temp dip this early or does it happen gradually up until AF starts
- In my chart from 2008, all my temps (right through the month) were much higher, from AF, through OV and onwards. Is it usual that your temp range can shift. There's been nearly 4 years since I last charted.
All help gratefully received.
Obviously I'm hoping it is an implantation dip but don't want to get my hopes up... Lots of stabbing/crampy pains today and yesterday.
